Aoudad skin concerns

We've noticed that some of the Aoudads on our place have some sort of skin problem. Has anyone experienced this and/or have any idea what it is? is it contagious?

I have seen this before on our place. I don't know the cause but I don't think its much of a problem.

It could possibly be lice, but I'm not 100% sure on that.
