'It's All About the Video!' comments here...

I guess I will be the first to report. Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect. I have only videoed a couple of my hunts in the past and boy did I learn a heck of alot by watching this video. Michael, you did a very good job in explaining things so the average joe will understand. No back scatching here but I was really impressed with the layout of this video. It was done in a professional manner and y'all covered every aspect of what it takes to do a 'self filmed hunt'. OH, and I really enjoyed Casey's outtakes at the end. Good stuff!!! LOL Carry on.

Got my copy today, I already have a camcorder so I am going to try and video a hunt. Just needed a few pointers and this video is fantastic. Thanks to the entire team, great job!

Thanks for the review and the kind words. Trust me, we could have made an entire video from Casey's bloopers, but the "beeper" would have been working in overdrive! It would have sounded like Morse code!

I'll speak candidly about the video and the effort that we all put in after a few more people have had a chance to watch it and comment, but I'm proud of our effort. I think most people, like you, are unsure of what to expect because this was our first attempt at putting together a full-length video. It was a huge undertaking (especially for a first project), and I'm proud of the way it turned out!

I'm looking forward to more comments and constructive criticism!

          Didn't you mean "Morris Code"?!?!
If I didn't think my opinion was right, then it wouldn't be my opinion. So, any other opinion must be wrong, therefore stupid.

I got mine saturday and immediately popped it in to watch. Y'all did an excellent job. I was very impressed. I've only video'd one hunt so far, and I found many of your tips very useful. Great job! I'll make sure to re-watch this one throughout the season so I remember the little tricks that make for great videos.

Just received my copy but haven't been able to watch it yet. I'll probably watch during lunch then I'm going to carry it with me tomorrow along with the laptop so my son and son in law can watch it as well. Can't wait.

The presentation and packaging are extremely professional. I know the content will be even better. Congrats to all involved in the project.

                  Great job

Just watched mine last night after getting back from Angelo.

                  It was awesome!!

                  Great job.

                  Just an observation...

What was on your right pant leg in the middle of the show??

I always look for small things.

It was obviously very well thought out and alot of planning went into it.

                  I loved it.

Got mine, got to watch about half of it last night, I'll finish it up tonight. Looks good so far the only complaint I have is that I am now looking for a fluid video head, thats the biggest problem I have had in videoing is the jerky movement of my camera and looks like the problem solver. Oh well, its just money right?

Are you guys sure you don't own stock in camera equipment companies? I find myself wanting a new camera! LOL I just bought a new mini DV a few weeks ago!
