2017 lease search

We have two spots left on a new lease NE of Throckmorton close to the river. Bow and rifle. Lots of cover and lots of wheat. The ranch has been hunted before but not by us, this will be our first year. We will have 10 guns, 2680 acres, $3000 per gun. Restrictions are no Quail and only 5 trailers allowed at camp. Responsible consumption of adult beverages allowed. PM if interested. Thanks

Great bunch to be in camp with, guaranteed to be some good guitar picking going down too. Awesome country Id be on this place if I wasn't already hunting in Knox city.

I'm looking for 1-3 spots (at least 150 acres/hunter) within a couple hours of NW Austin. Must have deer, hogs, and plenty of turkey. I don't need electricity, but water on the property would be nice. Budget is ~$3k/gun - PM me with what you've got.
