Just wish the pic was a little clearer!

Blame it on my $60 Wild game innovations cam, lol

Plus that cat is off the trail in the bush

Bobcat trying to flush something out from those tangled vines and it's up on that log.

If this is in the Gunter area it very well could be a mountain lion there have been several sightings around there recently

You might be onto something there...

Still confused by the rather elongated head. Maybe it's just the way the cat has their head turned

Well I'll tell ya this, I'd be packing hot and heavy with the just the thought of that pretty kitty around your area. That is lion for sure to me. Maybe you'll get to hear that hair easing bone chilling scream. Then you'll know fore sure.

                          Bobcat

Looks bigger than the coyote since he is standing on the limb. Body size is still smaller and he isnt that much further away from than the yote. Head shape is just due to the angle it's turned.

It's a CAT. I think anyone saying they see a bobcat is playing the odds and anyone saying they see a mountain lion is hopeful at best. It's a picture of a cat.

Now that second pic is of a happy, healthy, 2 year old coyote with a tick on his left ribcage....a coyote who is passing what's left of a 3# cottontail rabbit.....a rabbit who enjoyed sunsets and an occasional radish....the radish grown free of pesticides and artificial fertilizers.
