Anyone using a Mathews No Cam?

Curious as to the draw cycle. Looking for something smooth. Any other comments about the No Cam beyond the draw cycle appreciated as well.

You'll absolutely love it. Wish I'd kept mine.

I absolutely love mine. I have a bad shoulder so when I went to buy a bow my #1 priority Was a smooth draw cycle. I shot a lot of bows and the no cam had the best draw cycle of the ones I shot by far.

It is by far the smoothest bow I've ever drawn.

I love mine, Mathew's is going to have to come out with something very special for me to switch.

I shot both the no cam and the halon 6 and the halon was smoother in my opinion

I like mine, smooth is an accurate description but the draw cycle is hard to describe. Very similar to shooting a recurve with let off, you hit your peak weight later in the cycle than most bows so you get a nice linear increase in weight to peak followed by a fairly short valley. You lose a little speed with the design but the bow is very easy to tune for perfect arrow flight and the length/mass were a very good fit for my style of hunting. Haven't shot the Halon but might try out the new 32" ata model, It'll be more aggressive on the draw than the nocam but worth a shot if you're looking to buy new.

I wouldn't say smoother but there pretty much spot on with each other

I shot the Z3, Halon 6, and No Cam HTX and the HTX was my favorite by a landslide due to the draw. By far the smoothest bow I have ever shot. I don't change bows but about every 6-8 years so it will be a while before I even look at shooting something different than my new HTX No Cam
