I really don't think this should be written off as something that's "normal" I think that's BS.

Have you gotten on PRC or one of the Polaris forums and searched or asked about this?

No I haven't this is my first polaris, had a warranty issue with the Yamaha rhino I bought years ago out of state and no one here want to do the warranty work, i'm gonna take it back to the dealer I bought it from, talking to them as of now what they're telling me something that they can not fix.

Yeah I can tell you there are too many of these running around without that problem.

Better do it.. I wanted a ranger bad and bought one.. So far I've owned 2 atvs and the ranger I have.. I will NEVER own anything that says Polaris on it again..

I used to work at a Polaris dealer as a tech in north texas for 2 years and the dealer shouldnt say its normal. But Polaris has always had some quirky issues with some of there models. Are the actually taking it in and looking at the issue and just returning it back saying its normal?

Nope, not even taking it just telling you it's normal they said they've had lots of complaints with the 216's and it is normal.

I think I'm gonna call another dealer next week to see if they do warranty work for me, if I us them for service.
