Was thinking about my younger days.
I went ti work for my Dad on a pipeline crew in 68, all the pipe had threads, I was 13. Grew up in the oilfield worked summers weekend and holidays.
in 74 I joined the Marines. Parris Island North clic, oki, Korea then Pendleton .
Back then we still got the he@@ knocked out of us and we fought each other if no navy or army were available.
Got out back to the oilpatch till 85 then I became a POPO for the next 29 years 11 months and 14 days.
