I know it's a lot. I usually use Jerry Hilderbrandt but went to something that would vaccum seal the meat.

      I think that hurt...

Did they at least offer you a tube of KY?

It looks like you would be cheaper to go back to Jerry and buy yourself a vacuum sealer and just reseal the meat at home..........

I would rather use the butcher paper and vacuum it once I got home, that cost hurts me and I'm not paying for it.

DUDE, Gander mountain has saws, grinders and stuff. You could do your own for a lifetime for the cost of 1 year!!!!!!!!

Do it yourself and get a good sealer. You could get everything you need for about $1k and would last you a lifetime.

Do you have an itemized bill ... with the cost per pound of each?

I'll have to see when I pick it up.

I assure you I won't be going back unless the sausage is exceptionally good.

By the way it was Burton's Sausage in Burton.

                              Wow thats alot.
I had one elk and one mule deer that I picked up last week. Over 80lbs of smoked link sausage and burger (deer) and no telling how much burger, roasts, and steaks (elk) double wrapped for $360.00. I dont know how much total weight was but I think it was almost 500lbs.
