Youth bow package

So i am looking at a bow from Santa Claus for my soon to be 8 year old. I wanted to ask you folks about a couple of options. I was looking at the diamond archery infinite edge pro that claims shoots up to 310 fps. The biggest attraction is it adjusts from 5-70 pounds. Any one here use this bow? I have also seen the bear archery Cruze with the same specs. Any help is appreciated

I have no experience with the bear but my cousin got the diamond for his first bow (he's in his 20s) and he likes it and it seems to shoot good. Another one I would suggest is the Mission craze. I have dealt with a bunch of those and they are sweet shooters, super smooth draw, and super adjustable too. They are similar in adjustment to the diamond. They seem to be a little better made though in my opinion. The diamond looks kinda cheap in some ways but I might be a little partial to the missions haha

They can shoot them for years and they are good bows

My son just turned 8 and he has the Diamond Atomic, I wish we would have gotten the Infinite Edge but he has had the Atomic since he was 6 and it fit him well when he started. His next bow will be an Infinite Edge but he will be shooting my crossbow at animals for a few more years.

I have a infinite edge, shoot 43 pounds and have so far killled one deer with it. If i could go back, id buy the mathews like said above, But the diamond isnt bad

my son shot the diamond my daughter shoots the mission craze. both good bows. I think the mission is a little smoother.

My nephew got a Cruze this year. I was very impressed with the over all bow, and is what I will be buying the daughter soon.

I'm looking for a light draw since he is only 7 and soon To be 8. I want him to be able to start shooting with me instead of only pulling my arrows. Haven't seen him try and pull 15 pounds
