Unless he realizes he needs to recruit for defense and cut down on scoring in 5 seconds, none of the defensive recruits want to come and play 80% of every game. Time will tell, but I think Tech thought he could do well but I think KK bit off more than he could chew. Not enough time at this level and got in over his head. I think he will be a good coach someday, just not at Tech.
Why did they get rid of Mike Leach? He is having success at WA State

Hopefully, Jefferson gets held out. I wonder if Cole will play with his dad still being in the hospital. I'd like to see Texas get plenty of the youngsters some pt.

Ags, I saw a tweet from Hugh Freeze saying they only ran 4 plays the entire second half. I didn't watch the game. No way that's even close to correct, right?

          Because of Craig James.

I agree Doug, he can produce a high powered offense with the right folks and I was brought up with the Leach Air raid which Kliff has a great product from that. He just hasn't gotten much out of Gibbs and his wet paper sack Defense. Either Kliff hangs around and gets both sides of the ball performing or he gets the boot and goes somewhere else, he will end up being a good head coach. I just don't think I can wait 20 years for him to do it!!

Cause Leach kept Adam James in the closet where he belonged. Then the tech admins had to go and side with them and give Leach the ticket out.

That is too bad especially if the guy was a good fit for the program. Looks like he will have the last laugh. Hopefully TT can start either brining in some defensive talent or better utilizing what they have. They are almost as bad as us on defense.

Maybe only 4 different pass/run plays? I didn't notice or pay that close attention

It's hell being an aggie fan, going hunting and not checking the score.

Yep. We tailgate every game. Just a meager little family deal. You are more than welcome to come by. I'd love to meet you if you can make it. Nothing fancy and pretty laid back. Do you know where ya'll are parking yet?

I will be tailgating at the LSU vs Florida game. Having the game starting at noon will surely cut in to our pre game tailgating activities. But we will have all night to celebrate LSU taking Florida out of the SEC Champonship game!!!

The Foreman brothers WILL be back at Texas next year , but no longer. Donta wants a run at the Heisman, which will increase his value in the NFL. Texas better recruit some D lineman if they want to win and win consistently

Donta is making a mistake if he comes back IMO. Too many cons working against him as far as the NFL goes with his style of running

You just don't wanna have to see him again!

Don't get me wrong, I think he's great(and exactly why he should go out!). I could care less one way or the other.
