Decided with Allen's in Huffman. Seen good reviews and after calling I found out they have a 3-5 day turnaround right now.

Allen is a great guy and does good work. He does have fast turnarounds. I have a deer there that's ready to pick up, he only had it for 3 days.

Been going to Jackson's in Crosby for over 15 years taken my hogs n deer always got my moneys worth and never had an issue with them good customer service pretty good selection of seasoning to mix with the meat.

Does Allens take a quarter up deer? Some guy at work told me that he only takes deboned deer . He claims that is what Allen told him last year , I want go try him so curious
