New Found Friends
I was at Academy today getting some junk and the was a fella in mid 40s talking to the "Gun Guy" about bowhunting and getting an ear full.
He saw me with a box of arrows and came up introduced himself and ask if I would answer a few ?s. Before long another bow hunter came by and the 3 of us had a 30 minute conversation about equipment and hunting and traded phone #s.
The New hunter saved himself about 200 dollars not getting unneeded or useless Cr$p.
I told both of them about this web site and they could not believe it, they had been wondering why there was not a Site like this.
Joe got TBH up on his phone and they were like kids with a new toy.
I guess I have taken the GS for granted as I have met many people and gotten great advice and had some good disagreements with folks here.

Be even better if they politics and brought back equipment and tuning IMO but that a whole different thread.
