The filling yes...but a slighty warmed tortilla does not sweat enough to make a difference and it makes them pliable in my experience.

I normally warm my tortillas followed by folding them in half and allowing them to cool. I prefer folded over rolled as I can get more filling in them and don't even have to deal with rolling them up.

Y'all have got to start using the flour/corn mix tortillas when making yalls breakfast tacos. I also use them for chicken tacos. Warm em up on a skillet and put what you like in em. Slap yo momma! Will never use plain flour tortillas again.

HEB Mixla tortillas are the deal! Taste of corn but hold together like flour

Are these what you are looking for? You can buy them at grocery stores in Texas, maybe not in Michigan...but available online:

Corn husks for making tamales. (Aprox. 100 husks) CORN HUSKS TO WRAP TAMALES This is a basic, easy recipe for Tamales. There are so many variations on these you would be amazed. While they are traditionally wrapped in corn husks

I just hauled a load of those things to Dallas. Had 28,000lbs of them in my trailer. Getting ready for the Holidays I figure lol

He was looking for tortillas. Think he got squared away already though

For me if the tortillas are too thick or too small they don't stay folded or rolled correctly. Buy thinner or bigger tortillas and put the same amount of filling in them and you will probably not have this problem. If mine unroll I just roll them back up. No problem.
