    Potential day hunt business...question

I have roughly 250 acres in one section in Atascosa County and I have the Atascosa river coming through our property. I have a variety of terrain.
Here is what I am interested in doing ....setting it for day/night hog hunts and maybe potentially include hunts for Turkey season. I have water/electricity at camp. Debating on setting up small cabins for overnight guests, or bring your own RV? I do not want tie up a lot of cash in amenities, I had rather focus on the hunting blind/feeders. My goal would be to keep pricing affordable for the hunts. I know to me its more important to have a good place to hunt, I have no problems sleeping in a tent if need be. This is a year out as I have Dozers in the property clearing brush and opening the property up very nicely at this time
    Any thoughts, ideas or suggestions?

Why not just do a yearly lease to me? Then you would have a dependable leasee with none of the hassles of day hunting!

    I'm serious!

I guess the day hunt deal would all depend on current animal numbers/projected allowed harvest. On a property that size I would run hunts every other week to give deer some relief from hunting pressure. If you have high hog/turkey numbers I would lease the place from end of deer season till end of turkey season to one group or person. I'd be interested in that either way. I'm with bisch on that deal. Heck, I'd sell my wheel bow and get back into a trad set up just to fit in with his group.

If it will be mainly a hog hunting place you shouldn't be clearing brush.

And that's not enough land unless you have very large neighbors. May be big enough for a hunt here and there if you feed enough but you would probably make nearly the same leasing it.
