What's the best insert for work boots? Got a new pair of Thorogood boots and right foot feels great, real comfortable but left foot has some pains on the pressure points of the bottom of my foot. I've never wore inserts so just wanting some opinions...

You may have plantar fasciitis. I just started having issues with it this year. My left foot was/is also hurting. I tried seeing if new boots was the answer. It wasn't.Comment

Been wearing Birkenstock inserts for years! they are pricey but they WORK! 3 Back surgeries and chronic nerve damage here. You wont be disappointed! Remove them easily into any shoe you wear fast.

How do you remove glued-in insoles that came in a boot. I have a pair of Double-H boots that i'd like to replace the insole but can't figure out how to get the old ones out. Seems like if I rip them out I'll have pieces stuck here and there that I can't get out.Comment
