as long as you are going through that early should be good after 9am will be bad just going through downtown....but not much delay....

People will be tail gating at 7:00 am.

I changed my mind... if it were me I would wait until at least 9, and somehow make my to Mopac... trust me, it's the absolute best way... be sure you get on mopac south of town lake before you head north though ����
