Not going to sleep well tonight...

It never fails. In anticipation of a hunting/fishing trip I can never get a good nights sleep. I'll lay in bed with my eyes closed and picture how it's going to play out.

I'll probably get good sleep in the blind tomorrow. Too bad it's not cooler.

I'll be surprised if I get much work done today. My wife wants to go out to dinner tonight but I'd rather stay home and make sure I've got all my gear in order.

One thing is for sure...NO nookie for her tonight. No way I'm chancing sleeping thru my alarm tomorrow morning. LOL

I put a little note book next to the bed and when I think of something I write it down. That way I can "forget it" and not lay in bed worrying about it cause I have a reminder note in the morning.

Completely understand, I leave for Colorado on Tuesday morning... and I've been essentially worthless all week at work, daydreaming about elk and mentally packing my truck/bag for the 100th time. No chance of sleep Monday night!
