    Saw an amazing thing yesterday

I was on the coast fishing yesterday and saw a Bald Eagle sitting in a tree, he let me get within 20 yards ( I was trolling a shore line ) before he flew. I thought that was pretty cool. About 5 minutes later I see him and his mate flying together, I was like now that is really cool, two Bald Eagles in one day. About an hour later I am back in the same area, I catch movement and look just in time to see one of the Eagles swoop down and catch a fish. Pretty cool day!

Cool, but watch your own fish. I was fishing in Kodiak one day, and just throwing some Dolly Varden and flounder up on the bank as I caught them. I saw an eagle fly by with a fish and thought that was really cool until I looked for my fish and found all of them gone.

That is cool. Things like that remind me that God is present.

Last year, In Madisonville, TX., I went down a long dirt road that dead ends into my hunting grounds, passing a dead deer loaded with buzzards. On the way back out, the buzzards were gone and a Bald Eagle was on the deer. I guess he was "King."

Several pairs here on Conroe and several young ones as well. I see them every trip out no matter if on the south or north end.
