Power surge to home wiped out my electronics

Exact same thing happened to me last year. The guys that came out to replace the transformer wrote a description of the problem on the work order (that their equipment caused it). We filed a claim and got the exact same response about they are "generally" not liable, but he would talk to his supervisor. We got 3 quotes and replaced the AC unit, refrigerator, and 2 TV's I think. Took a while, but they finally came through and paid.

That's good to know....I filed the claim today.....see where this goes
