    It's dinner time!

Took a young pig Saturday nite. I love eating fresh, never frozen wild game...just nuthin better.

Got some more Hawg Rub from Kellyg today and seasoned up the ribs and tenderloins. Wrapped the tenderloins tight in bacon, and on the grille it all went.

I really like the Hawg Rub!

    As good as it looks.

Top rack of grille, medium heat around 275-300* for about 15minutes a side. Then down on the bottom rack to put a little edge on'em, maybe 10minutes a side. Wrapped them in foil and put them back up on top while finishing the loins.

Now this was a small hog, dressed at 60-70lbs tops...so top rack time would be longer for a larger pig.
