    Another Snake ID

This fella kept slithering into my ground blind on Saturday. Being in just flip flops, I was hesitant to kick at him to get him to move along, although I could tell he wasn't venomous or aggressive.
This is the best photo I could get of him. He was 18-24" long and maybe 3/4" diameter. The photo is his mid-section as he was outside my blind trying to find another point of entry after being evicted already.
Very pretty fella and I can't remember ever seeing one like it before.
BTW, this was in far eastern Throckmorton County.

Bull snake. Some are aggressive some are not. Grab him and see which one he is.

I don't let the big ones bite me but the littles no big deal if they do when moving off the roads.

                    Looks like a Bull snake.
But I could be wrong, because every Bull snake is ill-tempered.

                    Pretty sure.

If the head is the shape of a triangle kill it.

Im not sure what a gopher snake looks like but I've caught a handful of bull snakes and he looks different then the bull snakes I've caught.

I got bit by a big one last year. I was bleedin like a stuck hog. The biggest one I've caught this year was 6'5" long but he really wasn't all that aggressive.
