    Feeder timer recomendations needed

Had all kinds of trouble with timers this year. Land owner bought some wildgame innovations timers and they have been terrible. It really sucks when you dont get but a few days in the season to hunt and the feeder doesnt even spin.

Need recommendations on very reliable timers. I am thinking about All Seasons. They have been good to me in the past. If theres something better please let me know.

    I love this one:
Game Country USA is the hunter’s choice for “set it and forget it” wildlife feeder mechanisms.

    And Texas hunter products

I know Moultrie tends to be on the "cheaper" side of products, but Ive had 3 feeders running for 4 yrs now, "365 days a yr", and not one single failure!
And battery life is about 6-8 months even without a solar panel.

                Timer...

12 volt ontime works great, and they have a lifetime guarantee..

Another vote for "The Timer" . I finally broke down and bought one. You can by cheaper ones and "get by". But so far I really like the Timer. Easy to program, well built. I called their 800 number with a question and they were very helpful. Worth spending a few more $ when you consider you can lose a couple of weeks of feeding (or more) with cheap feeders. I will eventually by one or two more.

Seem better since they improved control box

We have been running 12 feeders with The Timer for about 4-5 years now. Never had a single problem until this year. I had 1 that started acting a little funny so I swapped it with a new one.

The Timer has been the best one we have found in 40 years of playing with different feeders.

+1 on the Moultrie timer. I'm always impressed at how well they hold the time (accuracy). I've had two and they have been very reliable.
