    Primos positive customer service

    i recently contacted Primos about my truth 35 ultra cam not recording pictures after the 2nd season. they informed me that it was out of warranty but they'd give me a discount for another one at their prices.
    i sent a firm but respectful letter explaining how i didn't purchase Primos products expecting them to be disposable. the letter was included in the box i sent the camera back in.
    today i received a new Proof camera as a replacement.
    i'd say that was good enough for me. apparently Bushnell has bought out Primos because it was sent to their repair dept.

    I had the same experience with them a couple of years ago after one of the several full size Truth Cam 35s I owned petered out on me right after the 1yr warranty had expired. Luckily I was able to prove to them that I had bought many of those cams over the years and so they sent me a brand new one. Those big full size TC 35s were pretty decent cams but I've switched to the small cams just for ease of setup and AA batteries. I own a bunch of cameras and still use one of the Ultra 35s today.

      I have several that stopped working. All they want to do is discount another one. And, Bushnell did buy them out. I ran Primos for years. Not any longer. I bought way too many over the past two years that did not work right out of the package, buttons sticking, and flimsy battery holders.

      I get way more bang for the buck out of Stealthcams.
