A toxicology report released Saturday has revealed that Miami Marlins pitcher Jose Fernandez was legally drunk and had cocaine in his system at the time of his fatal boat crash in Miami.

When the investigation was complete it was unknown who the driver was. As far as what does it matter if he was lit like a July 4 firework finale, if being sober he might have had enough sense to wear a pfd. Doesn't matter to me either way. He has no effect on my life.
