    Property Line Survey help

Need help finding our property lines so that we can get a fence built for the dogs. We have the survey that was done when we bought the house. But there was no markers placed. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a copy of the survey? Are there any notes of what was used to mark boundaries? Who requested the survey; and why would they specify "no markers"?

Without a marker, the only way to know for sure, will be to have another survey done. Or if an adjacent property has been surveyed, pull it and see if markers were set. You may share a common corner that is marked.

Markers are probally under ground. Get a metal detector and check for metal stakes on corners. A lot of them now have Gps coordinates as corners. Read through the notes.

I had to get the plat to find out where the steaks are drove in the ground . For each corner. I think a plat is ur best option. You can get the plat from the survey or county office.

I have a copy in my email of the survey. The notes on there are just measurements that I'm not sure how to read.

I tried to screen shot it but it's not letting me post it.

Thanks I'll see if that helps. Mostly need the back part for the fence. The left and right are easy.

I have the survey from the original owner at purchase. My understanding that's the same.
