I'm looking for a small warehouse space to run my little welding shop in. Doesn't have to be anything fancy....

If anyone knows of something around the Houston area I'd really appreciate information.

There is a lot of excess capacity in your area with the oil slow down. I work for a company that is closing facilities left and right. Most are likely more than you need, but around us, there are little 'shops' that have closed or reduced, that may be able to give you a deal.

I will shot you a PM, but there is a lot in the 77041 zip code to your east. If you are looking for a larger shop with over head crane capacity, I can put you in touch with our Real Estate dept on the facility over on Telge and Cypress North Houston across from the fire department. We bought that company several years ago and then shut them down a few years later.
