Yep. Non resident land owners still have to draw.

I have plenty of preference points to draw (6). Been waiting on my hunting partner to accumulate enough to draw. He now has 4. We will probably draw next year.

He has a little over 200 acres. Not sure about his neighbors. Our place is about 70 miles east. Similar terrain.
