Bone view SD card reader not working

I have two Bone view SD card readers for my Iphone and when I went to use it this yr it would not work. I tried the second one I have and it didn't work either.
Figured they just got banged around too much or something even tho one of them has barely been used if at all.

Buddy of mine just text me saying his wasn't working either and all the "fixes" boneview suggested did nothing for his.

Has anyone had issues with theirs and did you get it fixed? How?

I have deleted and reloaded the app but that didn't help.

I have one and it works. I just hate that I have to remove my phone cover to plug it in.

They make a little plug extension for it.

I've been having some issues lately with mine linking to my phone. Shows that it isn't connected.

I have an android and mine is fine, but my boss had one for his iPhone (not sure which iphone) but with a recent update his wouldn't work either. Called boneview and tbey attempted a firmware update but it didn't work and tby sent him a new one and o believe it uses a different app now.

i lost my old one. Dad came down for Christmas and was staying with us. She decided to "Clean" house.........

Bought a new one last night. Its no working......

I switched to the Stealth Cam Reader a couple of months ago after Leon posted the thread below. It works great on my iPhone but the app crashes quite a bit on my iPad.

Yep I got a couple stealth cam card readers at wal mart. Works great with the IPhone. Pretty much same as the boneview.
