Such a mess. Sometimes I think the crews don't even fully know the rule.
Only positive is it does seem like they are waving off the targeting call more frequently in cases where a wr ducks last second.

I get protecting against head injuries but I don't think there will ever be a time when these calls are consistent.

I don't think Texas loses by 18. I think they lose by 3-7. Baylor D ain't that good either.

You mean there are still people were still complaining about officiating as the cause for the loss last week? I was in the City of Birmingham's offices yesterday and saw a burgundy helicopter landing on Richard Arrington Blvd so I should have known.

I still think it may have had something to do with holding Mr. 11yd+ to 23 total yards.

You read posts like you watch your team play, not very closely. No one said anything about officiating being the cause of the loss, actually the opposite was said. We were merely showing the shear idiocy of the SEC hierarchy when protecting their golden goose.

I have lost touch with everything but late night college games the last two- three weeks being at the lease. I watched the bama vs aggie game on you tube in an hour. Looks like the Aggies put up a good fight. The aggies QB keeps them from being able to beat them OR Bama's defense is legit. Bama having a QB that can run and go the distance at any point has put them out in front of any other College football team. I know the fact that the QB can run makes NCS16 really nervous. But he will have to change his TBH name to NCS17 if he keeps running!

The Frogs are strugglin for sure.

No I have not. I had TBHer Airehead out to hook up the refrigeration on our walk in cooler. He sat in the 29 acres 1 morning only and shot a huge hog and saw 22 deer there. He said the pin was full of deer. He is coming back to shoot a deer with his trad bow! We put our guest in the Garden Spots

I feel for whom ever gets the UT job.Sure its the BIG TIME and they will make a lot of money. The Challenge is winning 11-12 games your first 1 or 2 years while there and holding on to your job.

There's no the pressure to win 11-12 in your first one or two years. Strong could have won 8 games this year, being around .500 in his first 3 years and still be supported going into year four. I have been one of Strong's biggest supporters and want him to succeed. I want him to be the coach at Texas. I just don't see it happening.

The problem is the same issues are there, players have regressed, and he's had 16 assistant coaches and 5 coordinators in 2.5 years. That's a problem.

I'm still good with Herman but I'd prefer to do a real search instead of just handing him the job.
