I tried some light rattling this morning in Burnet but

1. I either did it wrong
2. No bucks in the area
3. Not time yet
4. Or all of the above

Just rattled a couple young'ns up in hill county. Heard some grunting this morning and had a nervous doe pass thru. Brought grunt tube and horns this evening and sure enough.

I rattled Saturday morning twice. A few deer showed up to eat 5 mins later, no aggressive bucks yet. Some sparring here and there at best. I did see a few bucks out of range cruising this morning, never stopping. -Montgomery County
