What is the going rate per acre to run some cattle on river bottom type property? This would be in the Brazos river bottom. Thanks

Seasonal or year round? year round in east texas-(graze only $8-$12) depending on fence, water, and other conditions

That type property has gone thru the roof. Anything that can grow corn (like riverbottom land) has gone way up. I have been out of that type business for a number of years so I can only guess. $35 per acre per year assuming good fence and no flood property.

Brazos river bottom grazing land around Robertson County is name your price$$$ Their is very little if any lease land available. I have heard around $16/acre for some cheaper land about a year ago.
