I've been struggling with my Christianity the last month or so. It's a real and powerful struggle, I don't share much about it.
I've been blessed and cursed with a kind and sensitive soul.
Recent events have made me build a big wall. I'm not letting HIM in. HE hasn't done nothing but Love me. I don't have the words to describe the ways he shown me HIS love.

Anyways here's the bad part, the part that makes my eyes water. I just ate without saying grace.

I believe some will be like ah whatever, but for me it's like, can't even describe, way beyond horrible

If you handed your child a gift and they forgot to say thank you would you disown them ? Not likely.
But I get your drift, you take your forgetting to say grace as another sign of your weakening faith. Are you failing to love him or are you failing to live up to what other people say a Christian Man is supposed to be ?
Lighten up on yourself and talk to Him about your doubts and fears. And don't forget he spent more time with whores and drunkards than he did with priests and preachers when he was walking among us.

When your heart starts getting hard (like you don't say grace ON PURPOSE) you will find the way back to him by singing praises to him. Don't know why, but that is how it works. Cant seem to sing HIS praise and still remain hard of heart.
