    Specks Showing Up

I've heard geese flying over a few times at night in the past couple of weeks with the cool fronts. Went out to plug a levee on a field yesterday after work in hopes to catch a little water from today's rain. Jumped about a thousand specks out of the stubble.

First good group I've seen this year. Fall is here!

That's great but waiting on the other "specks" to show up in the river for night fishing.

I'll take a few specks but the geese in general are getting old quick over here. Seems like there are more every year!

I saw 4 juvi snows with some specks last weekend. Crazy early for the white ones.

Hopefully y'all can get your rice acreage back up down there someday so the sky carp will move back to their old stomping grounds.
