My buddy has property in Centerville. His neighbor has been pestering him to buy it. She recently called him and said that he should NOT bring his daughter to the land because there are (insert generic country of origin here) (insert neutral color of your choice here) panthers in the area!

My buddy told me about it and I've been laughing for days! (Not laughing at the race or color of the panthers) but at the fact that she tried to intimidate him by making up a story about the legendary (no race, no color) panther that is so highly regarded and spoken of on TBH!
