Changing Bow String Cost?

I'm curious about the current cost of changing bow strings. What is the current price for new string on a binary cam bow (Bowtech)? Then, what is the current rate for re-installing a new D loop, silencers on the string, and peep (make ready)? Mine still has some life left, but I went in a shop and got sticker shock.

Depends on the string, look at 60x and Korbins for good customs. I run Korbins personally. The string is the main cost in all of that. Maybe add $20 for labor to install d-loop. Buy the silencers and peep off the shelf. I cannot give you an exact price but easily $100+

Anywhere from $100-$160. I ordered my own strings online and had them put on and set up by a local shop. I was out around $130 all said and done.

you may be able to find someone on here with a press that would do if. if you were close to me id do it for some Shiner.....

the guy I use in Spring, charges $75 to put a string on. then he will check cam timing and paper tune it for me. Bowstring Depot sells string sets for about $65.

So, based on your comments, $140+/- "out the door" wouldn't be too out of line. Just seemed high when I first heard it.

Cinnamon creek made mine and installed and tuned for 130

Changed harness and strings on my MR7 and tuned....$180 and change...custom color on strings!
