That is crazy. Have never seen that many at a feeder. Had a place one time where you could watch a couple come running out of the cactus, grab some corn, then run back. Only problem was then a couple found their way into my stand and decided to set up house in there. Had a heck of a time getting them out of the insulation. After a while, the smell gets pretty strong.

have the same problem. even have an owl that supposed to help the bproblem, but she just decided to have her baby in my stand!

So we made the best of the situation, first person to catch a live mouse and take a selfie video of you holding it wins 100 bucks I bait them with bud light in the popup

I had one by the tail last weekend until it got away!

Is this in Young County? We are covered up in rats this year.

I have that same problem at our place in Young County. Have a field rat for every 10 square yards. Figured we would have more snakes, but have only seen one over the past year.

it runs in cycles,, when you do have snakes, bobcats, foxes, owl and hawks and coyotes you are going to be low on rodents in a short while, once the rodent population has been depleted the predators move on,, while they are gone the rodent population slowly builds back up. then the predators come back, and around and around it goes...........
my coon population is low right now but i do have bobcats, coyotes and foxes on camera,, and the fox shows up just about every night, so obviously i do have some smaller rodents hitting the feeder

Had the same issue last yr,,, go get some cats from an animal shelter, turn em loose. I let 6 go at my place. Not nearly as many mice this yr. Suppressed 22 a few beers and it's on. We killed tons last yr.
