My son is a eatin machine. Had 2 deer made into sausage last season . Had another made into stew meat and chili meat.we started running low on sausage so i had the stew and chili made into sausage. When I figured out my son was eating a link of deer sausage everyday after school, FOR A SNACK, it was too late. That's a long time to go with no deer meat! Well, that all ended yesterday! Backstrap fever is back! Shot a doe yesterday morning. Was also lucky enough to hang out with a few TBHERS and my dad.

We go through deer meat like crazy! luckily we have tons of free range axis and can harvest year round. yummy and healthy and no preservatives
