Just like the title says, I just purchased one and the earth scent seems a bit overpowering. Which pads do you typically use? The earth scent or the non scented ones?

I have used both. Both work. Deer don't care. Bugs stay away.

Regular ones, hogs don't mind and I've not needed it during the bow season so far. Permethrin treatment of my camo keeps the 'skeeters, ticks, and chiggers at bay.
