I have been on the tree and the feeder go off only to hear deer start blowing and leaving as soon as the feeder spins off. Gah! Had some hogs come growling around me earlier but never stepped out for me.

They smelled you for sure, very frustrating!

Im not sure if they did because they both times where cross wind and blew right when they heard the feeder go off. Wonder if the shroud it's hitting is spooking them. The hogs could have smelled me they where down wind.
