We have ribs and pulled pork on the menu today for the Cowboys vs Bengirls game.
My wife is a Bengals fan (poor thing) and she wanted some ribs today. She'll be cheating and making her pulled pork in the crock pot but I'll try to keep this as live as possible.

Pit is a steady 230 and I have cold Dos XX
