    Condensation around my RTIC 45 drain plug

    I just got my 45 the other day and Monday evening I put a 12 pack of beer and 20 pounds of ice in it to give it a test drive. This is my first and only roto cooler.

    The ice was totally gone by this morning and while I was taking it out to drain it I saw a couple drops of water on the ground then noticed condensation around the drain plug. Is this typical? No big deal I just want to make sure this is normal.

      Not normal. I have a 65 and it holds ice for days. Never noticed any condensation either. Suggest making sure the drain is tight and icing down some more beer. If it happens again go through customer service and get a replacement.

        That's kind of a bummer. Took 7 weeks to get here.
