If someone tells you Joe T's you should ban them from ever giving suggestions again. Sub par all the way around.

I think your chingadera is on the end of the wrong word.
          You should visit San Antonio.

Gracias. I've been to Joe T's, Los Vacqueros, Mercado Juarez, Esperanza's, etc. I keep coming back to El Rancho. But, i'm not so bull headed as to not be willing to try new spots. It may be time to audition El Asadero and Benito's.

The Original on Camp Bowie (the bricks). They have been there many years.

Benito's is solid but you have to be careful what you order IMO. They have some 'different' stuff that I wouldn't classify as traditional TexMex. I typically go with the enchiladas and you're pretty safe. LARGE portions

Heck, no! That's La Hacienda Ranch. It's a chain. (And why anyone has recommended a chain restaurant in Fort Worth......) El Rancho Grande is on North Main St.

Mexican Inn is worth a trip just because it's such a part of Fort Worth.

TexMex is TexMex. You go eat it because it's TexMex, and in Fort Worth for the atmosphere of the restaurants.
