I tried this past season and it didn't work out for the planned hunters. I will be able to provide some Spring bear opportunities in Oregon if anyone is interested. Mostly rifle hunting but you could try it with a bow if you wanted. All spot and stalk hunts and license is around $150 and tag is $15.00. Fishing and crabbing could be done as well.
