New hunt in Blanco

I'm attempting on catering to the bow hunter at my place in Blanco. I have 45 acres of low fence. Day hunts only. Pictures are increasingly getting crowded with deer and need to manage them. Prices will be affordable but calibrated by age/size of deer and not a reckless free for all. Some people are just meat hunters, for example. When gun season starts it will be a different ball game. The last couple if years I have pulled in some real brutes. This year I need to lease it out, something I'd never considered before to pay for a bad disease they say I have.

I'm set up w blinds (hub) and am going to keep the operation in small, responsible numbers. The thing I love about bow hunters is that they are mostly considerate of establishing a future for next year. Pm me and we can discuss dates and expectations. I want to keep you happy.

Yup. Leasing day hunts. There are too many deer and no local competition, most of the area is high fence operations and very large properties. They just keep wandering through. I have the most dense treed, bushy and places to safely hide tiny 45 acres in the area. Looking at my photos from last year I consistently camera'ed large deer all the way thru Xmas. And I'm not selling tickets to an amusement ride. Will space out days between hunts, relocate etc.

Update: I am looking into getting a tree stand or two. And fwiw it's 63 acres. (It's family land and I did not know). Should be ready right after Columbus Day. I'm not ashamed to admit that I am new to this, but I plan to keep the hunts small and in favor to the hunter.
