Mold ! Please help.

I have a lease north of Huntsville and our campers are growing mold inside them. We wiped down with vinegar and bleach but it keeps coming back. I do not know what to do.

Put some trays full of kitty litter in there when you are gone. You can also try to use a dehumidifier like used in a gun safe. Kitty litter worked for my parents at the lake house until they moved there full time. Good luck.

Whatever you are wiping down probably has mold on the other side like in the wall. It will stay until you remove the affected materials.

I wonder if you could drill a hole and spray the bleach behind the wall so you would not have to remove it.

Straight bleach will kill it if in contact. If behind sheetrock, removal is about the only choice.

Do not use straight bleach...caustic and dangerous if inhaled. A 10% bleach/water solution in a sprayer. LIGHTLY spray the area and let it dry. You can wide with clean towels water when it is dry.

Were gonna try the kitty litre weve been wiping down with the bleach solution. Should i leave windows cracked for some ventilation.

Found a leak in a room on my house this summer, sprayed straight Clorox on moldy spots and into where the leak was, patched spot, mold went away.
