    Anyone else in late?

    I had planned to get to my property about 30 minutes earlier than I did. The newborn had a beast of a night last night and I got out of the house late. Drive was easy but I could see daylight in the clouds when I pulled up. And, of course, I couldn't find the quad keys down here, so I hoofed it to my stand. To add insult to injury, as I'm walking I throw my flashlight up about halfway here and down the road I see to bright green marbles at about head high. Haven't seen hide nor hair since. Anyone else in later than they wanted to be?

    I feel ya, I woke up at 3:30 then came to a complete stop 10 miles from my lease when 59 was at a stand still from a wreck so I didn't make it to the stand till right at 630

      Oh and also - because I got in a hurry I totally forgot bug protection. So I traversed waist high grass for about a mile and I'm sitting entirely unprotected in this old tree. Next stop, Zikaville.

        Yep I did the same thing. When I got about 50yds from my blind I could see a big body in my food plot and thought a calf got stuck back here somehow and it was actually the biggest boar hog I've ever seen in my life. If I'd have made it earlier there would probably have been enough light to stick him

          About 30 mins late. No big deal.

            Alarm didn't go off- walked in at 7 am and scared 8 off. Only seen 2 coyotes since.

                    I was on time until I found my pop up destroyed, and had to walk back to the truck and drive to a different blind!
