LG Tablet card reader ?

Ok so AT&T had a deal going and gave me a LG Tablet for 0.99. It has a USB but when I plug my card reader into the USB I can not swipe to the next pic. I have to close it out to open the next pic everytime.

This is my first Tablet.

Does anyone know what the deal is? Do I need to download some kind of App?

Should have a slot for the micro SD card no need to use a card reader

Go install ES Browser or a better picture viewer. My tablet's default picture viewer had the same problem with SD cards and not being able to swipe.
