    San Angelo Rv Park

Any suggestions on an RV park to stay at for a few months while in San Angelo? Probably be there for 6 months to a year in the park before looking at getting a house in Angelo. Closer to Airgas the better since I just accepted a position there.

So far I have tried to get a hold of Gils and Concho Pearl but can't get either place to answer the **** phone. And only received one email back from Pearl and nothing since even though I have asked for an application for them.

there is a place in Grape Creek but I cant remember the name. AirGas is on the far north end of Angelo so it would be close. The guy that owns it really cleaned the place up about 6 months ago. Ran out all the squatters and burned all the junk trailers. Looks pretty decent now.
    just googled it

I would drive farther and not stay on the north side of San Angelo

might also try long term at San Angelo State Park. We have a tech here at the shop that did it for about 6 months.

          This may help.

Map of all Texas campgrounds. This Texas map has all the camping options in the state, from RV parks and RV only parking to tent only places.

Grape Creek- best allsups gas station around! Also a good Mexican food joint next to the old Fishers grocery store.

Not sure the name or if it's the one Toddcaster is talking about, but the RV park in GC that's behind the beer barn pretty nice.

KOA camp ground is by the airport. Not sure how the prices would be for that long, but it's nice.

More expensive than most but the one out at Nasworthy isn't bad and during the winter wont be much traffic out there. Not that close to airgas though.

You going to work for Jerod there?

its not that far, just down knickerbocker to the loop and scoot around to 87 and a little bit and you are there. the KOA looks nice and there is another one down on fishermans rd I believe. plus if you live at the koa you can get a membership to the archery club in town Concho Valley Archery and be not 5 minutes from a decent range with unfortunately not much traffic. at least not at lunch during the week as that is the only time I have been out there.

clarification, you don't have to live at the koa to get a membership to the archery club. sorry about any confusion

and if you need a good realtor, my MIL will work her rear off to get you what you want. Just a shameless plug for her.

Taking over as fill plant manager since the current one is taking a new position. Is Jerod the branch manager there? I am sure I will be getting to know him extremely well over next few months.

Thanks for all of the suggestions guys will be checking out some of these places. I really like to take a look at them first before hand but being in Wyoming really puts a damper on that so having to just go off google pics and phone calls.

I have stayed at the KOA and there is lots of long time campers staying there. Next door neighbor is within 10 to 15 feet depending on camp site.
