I got divorced about three years ago. My wife got the house but the decree gave her 90 days to refinance. She still has not done so. Advice ?

All she has to do is try. Mine had the same decree. Unfortunately mine couldn't and my name is still on the mortgage. That was. 7 yrs ago. Sorry but in Texas you are f'ed.

Lol. I wish. I did have a clause in there that if she is late on a payment and I make it for her I can send her a certified letter stating that she has 30 days to repay the amount or the house will be "foreclosed" and I get the house. This goes away when she refinances the house or sells it.
