Grim Reaper broadhead Bad customer service. Drt great.

Its crap. Terrible. All other things bad. I bought 4 packs of grim reaper hybrids 2 packs were good. The other two packs seemed to be stripped out at the tips. I called them (Hayden) says send them in. I said ok. Then sent them 90 dollars worth of broadheads. A week goes by no reply. I start calling monday of last week. They said they dont have them. I tell him i want them by wednesday the 28th On friday he tells me no matter what if they dont come in hes sending me 2 new packs. Monday i call to talk to him TWICE. One time hes busy next time hes at lunch but will call me back. Today i call he isnt in nobody knows if hes mailed them or if mine have made it in. At this point im tired of the run around and tell them to sit on them when they come in. Grim Reaper will never get another penny from me again.

On the other hand DRT Broadheads and their warranty were sent in and replaced with brand new blades in the same amount of time.

That stinks I've used there mechanicals for years and been happy but never had to deal with there customer service.

Did you send them certified mail? So you are upset because they have not sent you replacement heads for the defective ones they have not received. I understand the frustration. Not many companies are willing to replace a product without receiving the return though. Hope it works out.
